To ensure a smooth and efficient service, please review these key details about how PressedPHX operates:
Booking & scheduling
We accept one-off bookings anytime and offer recurring scheduled pickups for subscribers. Please provide 24 hours notice for standard pickups. Same-day service is available at a 1.5x rate based on availability.
Service agreement
All new clients sign a short digital service agreement before their first pickup. There are no long-term contracts for subscriptions; simply provide 30 days notice to cancel.
Pickup & payment
Linens must be bagged and left at your front door by your scheduled pickup time. Payment is due at pickup or before dropoff. Every order is photographed, QR-tracked, and delivered back within 24 hours.
