Our seamless process
We've designed our service to be as straightforward and efficient as possible, so you can focus on what matters most – your guests and your properties.
Step 1 — book your pickup
Head to our booking page and fill out a quick form. Tell us your property address, property size, preferred pickup date, and estimated number of bags. That's all we need to get started. We'll confirm your booking within 24 hours.
Step 2 — sign your service agreement
Before your first pickup, we'll send you a short digital service agreement to sign from your phone. It covers pricing, payment terms, and our photo documentation policy. Takes less than two minutes.
Step 3 — bag your linens
After your guests check out, gather all soiled linens — sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, blankets, bath towels, and hand towels. Place them in bags and leave them at your front door by your scheduled pickup time. No access codes, no keys, no coordinating with your cleaning crew. Just bags at the door.
