What linen items do you pick up and wash?
We handle sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, blankets, bath towels, and hand towels.
How long does a turnover take?
Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours.
What if I need a same-day or rush pickup?
Rush service is available at 1.5x the standard rate.
Do you need access to my property?
No property access is needed. Linens in bags should be left at your front door by your scheduled pickup time.
What if I forget to leave the linens out?
A missed pickup fee applies if bags are not present on arrival.
How do I know my linens won't get mixed up with another client's?
Every order is QR-coded and photographed at pickup, ensuring your linens are tracked and returned to you.
What time will you pick up / drop off?
We coordinate pickup and drop-off times with you to fit your turnover schedule.
What if something gets stained or damaged?
Pre-existing damage is documented at pickup. We are not responsible for damage present before our service.
How do you handle white linens vs. colored items?
Whites are washed separately with bleach and brighteners. Colors are washed with fragrance-free detergent.
Do you use fragrance-free detergent?
Yes, we use fragrance-free detergent for all colored items.
How are my linens folded and packaged at delivery?
Linens are folded to hotel-standard, wrapped, sealed with a branded label, and include a thank you card.
When do I pay?
One-off clients pay at pickup or before dropoff. Subscribers prepay on the 1st of each month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo (@pressedphx) or Cash App ($pressedphx).
What happens if I go over my subscription turnovers?
Overage fees are billed at the end of the month.
Do unused subscription turnovers roll over?
No, unused subscription turnovers do not roll over to the next month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, subscriptions are month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. No contracts or fees.
Do I need to sign a contract?
All clients sign a short digital service agreement before their first pickup. No long-term contracts.
How do I book my first pickup?
You can book your first pickup easily via our online booking system.
How much notice do you need?
We recommend booking as soon as your turnover schedule is confirmed, especially for standard 24-hour service.
